Best of the Best, presented by Fontainebleau Miami Beach and Fontainebleau Las Vegas, brings together over 60 of the nation’s most acclaimed chefs and more than 65 of the world’s premier wineries for a night that epitomizes elegance and indulgence. For one dazzling evening inside the legendary Fontainebleau, guests will mingle among James Beard Award winners, Food & Wine Best New Chefs, and Michelin-starred culinary leaders, each offering tastes of their finest creations. Complementing the cuisine, renowned winemakers will pour a curated selection of vintages, ensuring every sip matches the splendor of the setting. 100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
