Chef Dani Chavez Bello
Born and raised in Caracas, developed his culinary career in Barcelona, Chef Dani Chávez-Bello brings over two decades of Michelin-level experience from some of the world’s most acclaimed kitchens — including El Bulli, Martín Berasategui, and Hélène Darroze. His career has taken him across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, shaping a culinary identity that blends classical precision with modern creativity.
A former Chef Consultant at Tokyo Prince Hotel (2016) and Executive R&D Chef at Bouley (New York) holding 2 Michelin stars for 6 years and earning 1 star at Bouley at Home, Chef Dani is since 2018 partner and Chief Culinary Officer at Epicured Inc., where he leads innovation in fine-dining-quality, health-forward cuisine that develops and delivers thousands of therapeutic menus nationwide.
Most recently with his partner and wife Alexandra Oliveros Febres- Cordero, a product designer with a vast experience in interiors, he has opened “Babette Miami”, a Mediterranean-French bistro in Coral Gables known for its refined yet soulful flavors and intimate atmosphere designed by Alex. It’s a true welcome to their home. They will be expanding their project to West Palm Beach in 2026.
In March 2026, will unveil “Tafona 1475” as part of a creative and unique culinary vision for Hotel Finca Banyols in Mallorca, Spain. Chef Dani is leading the development of the entire food and beverage concept for the hotel, overseeing all its dining venues.
