The home of damn fine Argentine
We’re the Graziano’s – an Argentinian family of food lovers.
We cook, pour, grill, bake, sizzle and source the finest flavors from home, and serve them across Miami.
In 1962, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Mario Graziano and his wife, Maria, set up a butcher shop. For thirty years the shop kept the locals fed and satisfied, all except for Mario and Maria. Their appetite for new tastes and flavors grew and grew, until their curious hunger finally took them to America.
With only their passion in hand, they opened their first Argentine market in Miami in 1992. But as word soon spread, the locals and the Graziano’s grew hungry once more.
Setting up an outdoor grill in an empty parking lot, the pioneering couple began cooking local steaks the traditional, flame-grilled way. An Argentinian food revolution was born, and the rest is history… Three generations, seven Mercados, three Restaurants, and one Pizzeria later, the Graziano family is still firing it up.
Mario Leandro Graziano is at the forefront of Graziano’s culinary evolution and representing the family legacy with his unique take on traditional and regional Argentine fair. Wood fired techniques on Argentine wood logs is the foundation of the Graziano’s grilling method. Importing the best beef from Cordoba, Argentina, and providing Miami beef that needs no fancy gimmicks. Just good ole’ salt and fire.
