Among his recent roles, Chris has served as Corporate Chef for Fox Restaurant Concepts, where he conducted research and development for each of FRC’s concepts. Prior to that, he led two restaurants in Michael Mina’s Restaurant Group, focusing on creating a sustainable culture within the restaurants and developing seasonal cutting-edge menus.
