Description
Experience an unforgettable evening at Aguasal/Zaytinya, José Andrés’ acclaimed Miami concept, known for its stunning design, warm hospitality, and vibrant coastal setting overlooking Biscayne Bay. Its sister location in Washington, D.C. has been recognized with the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2019, 2020, and 2021 for its exceptional quality and value, cementing the Zaytinya name as a destination for Mediterranean dining.
On this night, the restaurant’s celebrated stage will spotlight two powerhouse chefs: Ayesha Nurdjaja, a James Beard Awards 2023 Finalist for Best Chef: New York State and winner of the 2025 IACP Trailblazer Award, praised for her inventive Eastern Mediterranean cuisine at Shuka and Shukette—both recognized on The New York Times’ Top 100 Restaurants list—and Marc Murphy, a chef-restaurateur, television personality, and culinary educator with more than 30 years of experience in Michelin-starred kitchens, beloved for balancing refined technique with crowd-pleasing flavor.
Together, they’ll craft a menu that harmonizes their culinary artistry with Aguasal/Zaytinya’s bold spirit, creating a dining experience where atmosphere, innovation, and unforgettable flavor converge.
