Known for her sharp palate and television presence, she remains one of the most recognizable names in American dining. Eric Adjepong, Top Chef finalist and culinary storyteller, is acclaimed for his West African–inspired cuisine that fuses heritage and innovation, bringing culture-driven flavors to the forefront of modern cooking. Ivan Acevedo, the culinary talent behind some of Miami’s most exciting kitchens, brings his refined, Latin-inspired perspective and passion for bold, ingredient-driven dishes that reflect the city’s global heartbeat.

At the W South Beach, the menu will highlight Guarnaschelli’s contemporary American approach, Adjepong’s soulful, globally influenced creations, and Acevedo’s vibrant, locally inspired flair.
