From his South Carolina roots to his acclaimed restaurants across the Southeast, Scott has built a legacy around his signature whole-hog technique, soulful hospitality, and dedication to slow-smoked perfection. His craft has earned him national acclaim, a Chef’s Table feature, and a devoted following of food lovers who crave that unmistakable Rodney Scott flavor.

He joins Chef Raheem Sealey, one of Miami’s most exciting rising talents, known for his wood-fired cooking, vibrant plating, and globally inspired dishes that merge Asian, Latin, and Caribbean influences. Formerly of KYU, Amara at Paraiso, and The Miami Beach EDITION, Sealey brings precision, passion, and South Florida soul to every plate.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
