Description
Two masters of Italian cuisine join forces for an evening of timeless flavors and refined craftsmanship. At the elegant Cecconi’s Miami, Marc Vetri and Sergio Sigala come together to celebrate Italy’s rich culinary heritage while showcasing their distinctive styles.
Marc Vetri, James Beard Award winner and chef-restaurateur of the acclaimed Vetri Cucina, is renowned for his soulful pastas and artisanal Italian cooking. Sergio Sigala, Italian-born chef behind some of Miami’s most beloved kitchens, is celebrated for his ingredient-driven approach and refined technique.
The menu will highlight handmade pastas, coastal crudos, beautifully sourced meats and seafood, and elegant Italian desserts, blending authenticity with innovation. Set against the sophisticated backdrop of Cecconi’s, this one-night-only collaboration promises a dinner that embodies the very best of Italian tradition and artistry.
Each ticket holder will receive a complimentary copy of Chef Marc Vetri’s latest cookbook, The Pasta Book: Recipes, Techniques and Inspiration—packed with tips to elevate or streamline every dish, letting you craft the pasta experience that suits your taste.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
