Lofaso, celebrated for her fearless approach to comfort food with a gourmet edge, brings her signature mix of sophistication and soul from her acclaimed Los Angeles restaurants and beloved television appearances. Mauro, the charismatic “Sandwich King” and fan-favorite Food Network personality, adds his signature humor and inventive flair to the night. Rounding out the trio is Aguirre, a rising culinary talent known for his refined technique, artistic plating, and Miami-rooted creativity.
