Christopher Aguirre
Chef Christopher Aguirre is Executive Chef of Loews Miami Beach Hotel, spearheading all culinary aspects of the iconic, 790-room oceanfront resort. This includes five dining outlets and all banquet functions, in addition to culinary programming ideation and implementation. Chef Aguirre brings his passion for food, creativity and more than 15 years of industry experience to Loews Miami Beach Hotel, creating menus that are inspired, innovative and most of all, delicious.
Prior to joining the Loews Miami Beach Culinary Team, Aguirre served in the same capacity at Loews Coronado Bay Resort in the San Diego, California area. His culinary repertoire also includes positions at Bank by revered Chef Jean George Vongerichten in Houston, TX, in addition to culinary leadership roles with Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.
Since coming to Loews Miami Beach Hotel, Chef Aguirre has been instrumental in breathing new life into all of the resort’s food and beverage outlet menus, continuously reimagining the culinary experience through his flavors and creative concepts.
