You’re in for a treat with Esther Choi and Leah Cohen at Ocean Social, Miami’s stunning oceanfront restaurant at the Eden Roc Miami Beach. Set against sweeping views of the Atlantic, Ocean Social is known for its coastal-inspired menu, breezy sophistication, and the kind of vibrant energy that defines Miami dining at its best.
You’ll get to enjoy Chef Choi’s inventive Korean flavors from Mŏkbar and Ms. Yoo, alongside Chef Cohen’s bold, Southeast Asian–inspired dishes from Pig & Khao and Piggyback NYC. Both chefs bring their signature flair and personality to the table, making every course fun, flavorful, and full of surprises.

The Festival cannot guarantee the accommodation of specific dietary requirements (including preferences and allergies) at this event. 100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
