In 2021 Chef David joined Groot Hospitality and Papi Steak Miami as the Executive Sous Chef. He quickly advanced in the kitchen and was named Executive Chef of Papi Steak in 2022. In late 2023 Chef David was a key leader for Papi Steak’s second location at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Soon after he was elevated to the Culinary Director all Papi Steak concepts. Chef David works closely with David Papi Einhorn and the team to continue to leading the high-performance kitchen while delivering a modern steakhouse excellence.

With a sharp balance of creativity and operational discipline, he drives menu innovation, premium sourcing, and brand growth. Chef David’s work blends refined technique, bold flavors, and a relentless standard for quality.
