Under his leadership, Yardbird continues to uphold its reputation for elevated comfort food and culinary excellence.
A Le Cordon Bleu graduate with over two decades of experience, Chef Anthony previously led celebrated South Florida restaurants, including Burt & Max’s and Josef’s Table, and began his career with Rapoport’s Restaurant Group. Raised in Hialeah, he first fell in love with cooking alongside his mother — a passion that continues to inspire his approach to food, mentorship, and family life with his wife and three children.
