Hailing from Italy’s most famous culinary mecca, Rome, Chef Frank Ferreiro has been cooking since he was 9 years old when he mastered the art of making gnocchi from scratch. As a teen, Chef Frank lived in Spain where he learned how to be an artisanal cheese maker. He earned his first “Head Chef” title at just 24 years old. Chef Frank lived all over Europe as well as Argentina & Venezuela and is well-versed in cuisines found across the globe.
Two decades ago, he brought his worldly experience to the United States. For 11 years, Chef Frank gained experience working as the Executive Chef for Norman’s, owned by Norman Van Aken and then continued his career at some of the most respected establishments in the country including Yardbird and Prime Italian.
Now as the Executive Chef at Nikki Beach Miami Beach, Chef Frank is able to put his extensive knowledge of global cuisine to great use as he pays homage to all of the countries
