Description
Pack your appetite and your sense of adventure—because three culinary powerhouses are teaming up for a night unlike any other at Miami Beach’s legendary Bath Club.
Andrew Zimmern, Emmy-winning chef, TV personality, and fearless explorer of global flavors, joins forces with Nando Chang, Miami’s Michelin-starred chef known for his inventive fusion of local ingredients with bold international tastes, and Jean Delgado, award-winning chef at the Michelin Guide–selected Lido Restaurant at The Surf Club, celebrated for bringing modern elegance to Latin-inspired cuisine. Together, they’ll craft a one-of-a-kind dinner that’s equal parts flavor, fun, and discovery.
Founded in 1926, The Bath Club—Miami Beach’s first private social club—sets the stage with its timeless glamour, coastal sophistication, and historic charm. It’s the perfect backdrop for a night of prestige, indulgence, and culinary creativity.
From playful starters to show-stopping mains, expect bold flavors, inventive techniques, and surprises in every course. This isn’t just dinner—it’s a global journey told through food, hosted in one of Miami’s most iconic venues.
