Description

When culinary creativity meets star power, the result is a dinner like no other. Five of the industry’s most dynamic talents unite for an extraordinary evening at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, one of Miami’s most striking cultural landmarks: Bryan Voltaggio, Michael Voltaggio, Brooke Williamson, Zac Young, and Peyton Leffingwell.

Bryan Voltaggio, James Beard Award finalist and celebrated chef-restaurateur, is known for his refined yet approachable American cuisine. His brother, Michael Voltaggio, Top Chef Season 6 winner, has earned acclaim for his inventive, boundary-pushing style. Brooke Williamson, Top Chef Season 14 winner and All-Stars runner-up, brings her vibrant, Southern California–inspired approach to seasonal cooking. Zac Young, pastry innovator, Top Chef: Just Desserts finalist, and Food Network favorite, is known for whimsical desserts that surprise and delight. Peyton Leffingwell, a rising star celebrated for his bold creativity and modern edge, rounds out the lineup with a fresh perspective on contemporary dining.

This one-night-only dinner merges culinary artistry with cultural sophistication. Guests will experience an inspired menu that blends the chefs’ distinct styles—expect inventive crudos and delicate sashimi kissed with Voltaggio twists, fire-grilled specialties enhanced by Williamson’s seasonal flair, imaginative small plates marked by Leffingwell’s creativity, and whimsical desserts reimagined by Young.
