Description
A night of flavor, warmth, and culinary creativity awaits at Preston’s as three dynamic talents come together for an unforgettable dinner: Aarti Sequeira, Jet Tila, and Christopher Aguirre.
Aarti Sequeira, Food Network Star winner and Emmy Award-winning TV host, is celebrated for her inviting personality and dishes that weave Indian spices and traditions into modern, comforting cuisine. Jet Tila, James Beard Award nominee and culinary storyteller, is renowned for his mastery of Pan-Asian flavors, from bold Thai curries to delicate Japanese crudos. Joining them is Christopher Aguirre, a rising culinary talent whose inventive style and refined technique bring a fresh, contemporary perspective to global flavors.
Together, they will craft a one-night-only menu that celebrates vibrant Asian and Indian influences while layering in Aguirre’s playful modern twists. Imagine richly spiced starters that awaken the palate, wok-fired dishes that balance heat and depth, and inventive takes on classics like dumplings or curries reimagined with seasonal ingredients. Set against the welcoming atmosphere of Preston’s, this dinner promises an evening where every course tells a story of culture, creativity, and connection.
