Clay Conley, one of Palm Beach’s most celebrated chefs and the visionary behind the award-winning Buccan, joins forces with Ken Oringer, James Beard Award–winning chef and the creative mind behind some of Boston’s most acclaimed restaurants, and Timon Balloo, Miami’s own culinary force known for his globally inspired, soul-packed cooking.

For one night only, this powerhouse trio will take over SGWS Wynwood, the state-of-the-art culinary and events destination where food, wine, and art come together. Inside this stunning, modern space, guests will experience a multi-course dinner that celebrates collaboration, creativity, and the vibrant flavors that define South Florida dining.

This event will take place at SGWS Wynwood, a state-of-the-art multi-purpose hospitality and education center, located in the heart of Miami’s most eclectic and creative arts and culture district.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
