Join Aaron Brooks, Tere Gallina, and Nico Martinez for a bold, flavor-packed collaboration between Sunny’s Steakhouse and Recoveco, taking place at SGWS Wynwood—Miami’s premier venue for world-class food and wine experiences.

Aaron Brooks, Executive Chef of Sunny’s Steakhouse, is celebrated for his inventive live-fire cooking and bold, ingredient-driven flavors.

Tere Gallina and Nicolas Martinez co-founded Recoveco in 2024, bringing together their complementary skills and global approach to seasonal, Spanish-inspired cuisine. Both are deeply engaged in Miami’s food scene through collaborations with local farmers, fishermen, and culinary organizations.

Together, the trio will craft a multi-course menu that celebrates the union of two beloved Miami restaurants—combining the heart of Spanish cooking with the bold spirit of a modern steakhouse.

This event will take place at SGWS Wynwood, a state-of-the-art hospitality and education center located in Miami’s most eclectic arts and culture district.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
