Join Aaron Brooks, Tere Gallina, and Nico Martinez for a bold, flavor-packed collaboration between Sunny’s Steakhouse and Recoveco, taking place at SGWS Wynwood—Miami’s premier venue for world-class food and wine experiences.

Aaron Brooks, Executive Chef of the Four Seasons Hotel Miami and the acclaimed EDGE Steak & Bar, is celebrated for his globally inspired approach to modern steakhouse fare, earning recognition from Food & Wine and multiple Best of Miami awards. Tere Gallina, the creative force behind Recoveco in Coral Gables, has built her reputation on soulful Spanish cuisine layered with depth, texture, and emotion. Joining them is Nico Martinez, the rising culinary talent of Sunny’s Steakhouse, known for his inventive twists on classic cuts and his mastery of live-fire cooking.

Together, the trio will craft a multi-course menu that celebrates the union of two beloved Miami restaurants—combining the heart of Spanish cooking with the bold spirit of a modern steakhouse.

This event will take place at SGWS Wynwood, a state-of-the-art multi-purpose hospitality and education center, located in the heart of Miami’s most eclectic and creative arts and culture district
