Description
Global flavors will get star billing at this star-chef curated dining experience. Tiffani Faison is known for her culinary prowess, fierce work ethic and killer BBQ. Outside of the kitchen, Tiffani has been a judge on Food Network’s “Chopped” and “Chopped Grill Masters.” Amanda Freitag is a chef, an author and a judge on “Chopped” on Food Network. Cooking wise, she’s known for marrying French technique with Southeast Asian ingredients and flavors. Jet Tila’s cooking reaches millions of people a year. Among his culinary operations: VP Culinary of Pei Wei Group’s 148 restaurants and Managing Partner at Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. in Las Vegas. Jet appears as co-host of Iron Chef America and recurring judge on Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen,” “Chopped,” “Beat Bobby Flay” and “Guy’s Grocery Games.” Ángel León was born and bred in Miami. Of Cuban descent, he’s noted and revered for his award-winning seafood dishes. Angel is Executive Chef of Seaspice in Miami. This will be a mashup of talent for the ages. Run, don’t walk to this unique celebration of global taste sensations.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
