Michelin-starred Daniel Boulud, famed for his sophisticated French cuisine, joins forces with his former mentee, Lee Wolen, known for his bold and modern spin on American classics. Together, they will present a multi-course menu that beautifully marries their distinct culinary visions, creating a symphony of flavors guaranteed to captivate and surprise. Experience this rare culinary duet in a refined, intimate atmosphere, where every dish tells a story of skill and creativity.

Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee that tickets purchased within the same transaction will be seated together. 100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
