“La Birra Bar” is a story of constant and obsessive search for a different and unique product. We were born in 2001, in one of the moments of greatest crisis and economic tension of our country. In that conjuncture, we had to work very hard to lead with that, always supported by our family vision of business. We went through many differents food styles and we were building our own DNA, which more than a specific menu has to do with a working way, with the tacit belief that everything can always be improved. In that way we first specialized in high- end coffee until get the public recognition. Some years ago, we became obsessed with the construction of a perfect burger. We spend a lot of time in our kitchen making tests and we slowly start offering it to our customers. The reward came immediately. At the first the people started to recommend our sandwich from mouth to mouth, and so they were pressuring the specialized media to come and taste. After a few months we started having a huge line of people waiting for their burger and the main media coincided with the verdict, they were in front of the best burger they had ever tasted. This situation led to rise the entire local scene standards of quality, many copies of our product began to appear while we had more and more customers. We have had up to 3 hours of waiting time in our small place, all this without any promotion. We have never hire any advertising, we manage our social networks ourselves, even the photos and the content are our property. In 2017, already overwhelmed and with no further posibilites of expansion in our place, we decided that our next challenge was a second, much bigger location where we could continue to grow, give more comfort to our customers and further improve our product. In September of that year, we opened a 300 square feet place and capacity for 150 people sitting, only 2 blocks away from our original bar and with an open-air sidewalk where 50 people sit. It couldn’t be otherwise, we decided to stay in the same neighborhood that saw us born and accompanied us always, we owed that. The result was once again one entire block of people lining up. Our clientele is very heterogeneous, many foreigners mix with our own neighbors and people coming from all cities to try what we do. In addition to the great variety of burgers that we have, which no other place can offer (today we have more than 40), we also offer other dishes that we do with the same dedication and passion that we put into everything. Nowadays, “La Birra Bar” has up to 15 locations in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and now working on new challenges in the United States and Europe. With high expectations towards the future. We feed about 100.000 people monthly while we keep improving our processes. Today we can say that we are very satisfied with the evolution. Each challenge was successfully overcome and for years now everyday we found a small improvement for this phenomenon that is “La Birra Bar”.
