Chef Diego Ng, Born in Caracas, Venezuela of Chinese descent, discovered his passion for cooking at a young age. His family’s journey from Hong Kong to Venezuela was fueled by food, with the kitchen playing a vital role in their story. Diego is a graduate of Florida International University in hospitality management. With experience in diverse dining concepts, from laid-back eateries to high-end venues like Morimoto Sushi Bar at the Boca Raton Resort and Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Diego’s culinary style, “Chino Latino,” reflects his rich heritage and extensive travels, blending global street food flavors with a distinctive cultural twist.”
