Description
When Italian mastery meets Miami flair — and a touch of global culinary adventure — expect nothing short of brilliance. Join Michael White and Andrew Zimmern for an unforgettable collaborative dinner at MIKA Coral Gables’ contemporary dining destination known for its sleek design, warm ambiance, and focus on ingredient-driven excellence.
Chef Michael White, a James Beard Award–winning chef and internationally acclaimed culinary visionary, has long been celebrated for redefining modern Italian cuisine. As the creative force behind iconic restaurants such as Marea, Ai Fiori, and Osteria Morini, White has earned Michelin stars, rave reviews from The New York Times, and a reputation for transforming simple ingredients into dishes of extraordinary depth and sophistication.
Joining him is Chef Andrew Zimmern, the four-time James Beard Award–winning TV personality, chef, writer, and teacher whose culinary curiosity has taken him around the world. Known for his deep appreciation of cultural traditions and bold, globally inspired flavors, Zimmern brings a worldly perspective that perfectly complements White’s refined Italian sensibility.
Together, they’ll create a multi-course dining experience that bridges continents and philosophies — paying homage to Italy’s coastal elegance while embracing Miami’s vibrant energy and Zimmern’s spirit of discovery. Expect refined pastas, pristine seafood, and unexpected flavor pairings, all brought to life through two masters at the height of their craft.
Paired with world-class wines and set against MIKA’s effortlessly stylish backdrop, this one-night collaboration promises an evening of creativity, connection, and unforgettable cuisine.
