Description

Miami in the house! Nothing makes us prouder than showcasing homegrown superstars who live and work in our backyard. So run, don’t walk to this brunch for a true taste of The 305 – brought to you by a local SoFlo powerhouse trio. Giorgio Rapicavoli is an acclaimed chef and owner of the wildly popular Eating House in Coral Gables (new location on Giralda Avenue) as well Luca Osteria in Coral Gables. By the time Rapicavoli reached 28, he had already led at a handful of respected restaurants in Miami, was lauded as the city’s first winner of Food Network’s “Chopped” and killed it with his Eating House pop up, before making it a permanent fixture. Pablo Zitzmann started as a line cook at Señora Martínez by Michelle Bernstein, then at Nobu, under Chef Thomas Buckley. Zitzmann staged around NYC before landing a sous gig at Matador Room and Market at EDITION by Jean-Georges Vongerichen. In 2014, he opened No Name Chinese in South Miami. In 2020, when the pandemic crippled the industry, he launched his own business – Zitz Sum – a tribute to his nickname and love of dim sum. He cooked out of his home until 2021, when Zitzmann’s dumplings found a kitchen and a home of their own in Coral Gables.

Eileen Andrade is the chef and restaurateur behind three of Miami’s most celebrated fusion restaurants: Finka Table & Tap, Amelia’s 1931 and Barbakoa. All three embrace Korean and Latin American flavors. Joining forces for this special S
