Description
Join acclaimed Chef Gavin Kaysen and Chef Ryan Rutherford for an unforgettable evening at Boulud Sud, where culinary artistry meets coastal elegance.
Gavin Kaysen — a two-time James Beard Award winner (Rising Star Chef of the Year in 2008 and Best Chef: Midwest in 2018) — brings his acclaimed Midwestern sensibility and French-inspired craft to Miami for one night only. Known for his thoughtful approach to seasonal ingredients and his celebrated restaurants in Minneapolis, Kaysen presents a multi-course menu that showcases his refined yet approachable style.
Joining him is Ryan Rutherford, Executive Chef at Boulud Sud Miami, whose global culinary background spans more than 17 years. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, Rutherford has honed his skills across renowned kitchens, bringing a Mediterranean flair and polished technique to every dish.
Together, Kaysen and Rutherford will craft a richly layered dining experience that highlights both chefs’ passion for innovation and balance. Set within the warm, Mediterranean ambiance of Boulud Sud and paired with exceptional selections from Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, this evening promises to be as lively and memorable as the food itself.
