Description
SOBEWFF® celebrates 25 years with an evening of flavor, energy, and discovery as the Loews Miami Beach Hotel transforms into a vibrant Asian night market. Hosting the evening are Food Network stars Jet Tila and Aarti Sequeira, two beloved personalities who bring both expertise and charm to the celebration. Jet Tila, James Beard Award nominee and culinary storyteller, is celebrated for his mastery of Pan-Asian flavors and appearances on shows like Iron Chef America and Chopped. Aarti Sequeira, Food Network Star winner and Emmy Award-winning TV host, is known for her warm personality and dishes that highlight her Indian heritage with a modern twist.
Acclaimed chefs and restaurants will showcase dishes inspired by the diverse cultures and traditions of Asia, from sizzling favorites like dumplings, ramen, and satay skewers to inventive takes on classics such as bao buns, sushi, and crispy spring rolls. Each tasting reflects the richness and variety of the region’s culinary heritage, paired with curated cocktails and fine wines in an atmosphere buzzing with music, color, and celebration.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
