Michael Schwartz, known for his bold flavors and commitment to fresh, locally sourced ingredients, will collaborate with José Olmedo Carles Rojas, whose culinary mastery blends global influences, and Ivan Barros, famous for his modern take on Brazilian cuisine. The trio will craft a menu that showcases their combined expertise, bringing together diverse flavors and impeccable techniques in the stunning waterfront setting of Amara at Paraiso. Guests can expect an evening filled with dynamic dishes and culinary excellence.
