The teaming up of three distinctly different star chefs is sure to be a pairing for the ages. Michael Schwartz’s flagship Michael’s Genuine® Food & Drink in Miami’s Design District has been wowing guests since day one, thanks to its laid-back, bistro atmosphere and food emphasizing fresh, local ingredients. Michael’s Genuine Hospitality Group also includes Amara at Paraiso (quintessential Miami waterfront restaurant serving bold Latin American flavors on Biscayne Bay) and two locations of Harry’s Pizzeria®. Chutatip "Nok" Suntaranon was named best mid-Atlantic chef by the James Beard Awards. She’s renowned for her flavor-forward, southern Thai cooking at her Philadelphia restaurant Kalaya. Fab, fun fact: This former flight attendant's culinary career took off after stepping into the kitchen at 48 years young. Chef Bradley Herron is the Director of Culinary for the Genuine Hospitality Group. He started his journey at the Genuine Hospitality Group at the flagship restaurant, Michael’s Genuine Food and Drink as the Chef de Cuisine.
Together, these three cutting-edge chefs will broaden your boundaries and skyrocket your senses.
