Description
An evening of unparalleled culinary excellence awaits as we honor two luminaries who have profoundly influenced the gastronomic world at the historic Loews Miami Beach Hotel.
Chef Michelle Bernstein is a James Beard Award-winning chef celebrated for her trailblazing approach to Latin-inspired cuisine. A Miami native, Bernstein has become one of the city’s most influential culinary voices, earning acclaim for her restaurants and television appearances while inspiring a new generation of chefs with her vibrant flavors and refined techniques. Her contributions have cemented her as a culinary icon whose influence extends far beyond South Florida.
Sacha Lichine, the visionary behind Château d’Esclans, has revolutionized the world of rosé. With the creation of Whispering Angel and a portfolio of prestige cuvées, Lichine is credited with redefining Provence rosé wines and elevating them onto the global stage. His dedication to quality, innovation, and artistry has reshaped how the world perceives and enjoys rosé, establishing him as one of the most important figures in modern winemaking.
Under the esteemed guidance of Bobby Flay, serving as master of ceremonies, this exclusive Tribute Dinner will feature a curated menu that pays homage to Bernstein’s culinary artistry and Lichine’s exceptional wines. Each course is thoughtfully paired to create a harmonious dining experience that celebrates the innovation, passion, and enduring impact of these two visionaries.
