Celebrate 300 years of winemaking excellence at this extraordinary dinner hosted at SGWS Wynwood, an exclusive event space located in Wynwood, featuring a trio of culinary talents. Yann Orgebin, Barton & Guestier's esteemed chef, brings his expertise in French cuisine, reflecting the heritage of B&G’s legacy. Joining him is Cedric Vongerichten, known for his innovative approach to French classics, blending tradition with modern techniques. Rounding out the team is Pablo Zitzmann, celebrated for his bold flavors and fusion of global influences. Together, they will create a one-of-a-kind menu that pairs perfectly with Barton & Guestier’s historic wines.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
