three-cut beef blend, and house-made sauces.

With strategic vision and a meticulous, hands-on approach, Daniel led La Birra Bar’s

expansion to over 15 locations in Argentina and key international openings in the United

States, Spain, and Chile. In Chile, the brand quickly became the most popular burger

destination in Santiago.

His commitment to excellence has earned global acclaim. Just six months after opening

in Miami, La Birra Bar won the People’s Choice Award at the 2022 South Beach Wine &

Food Festival (SOBEWFF) Burger Bash. In 2025, the brand achieved an unprecedented

milestone by winning the People’s Choice Award again and also Best Side Dish,

solidifying its reputation on the world stage.

That same year, La Birra Bar was selected for the third consecutive year among the

world’s Top 10 burger restaurants, reinforcing its status as the most awarded burger

brand worldwide.

Despite this international success, Daniel remains deeply involved in daily operations—

personally overseeing meat selection, bread baking, and recipe integrity—to ensure every

location embodies the original, handcrafted spirit.
