Alejandro Castro Born in Venezuela in 1996, Alejandro Castro is a Miami-based chef with a passion for fine cuisine and hospitality. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu and holding a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from FIU, he began his career in 2016 at Restaurant Miramar by Paco Pérez in Spain, a two-Michelin-starred establishment. After honing his skills at Los Parrilleros in Doral (2017–2021), he joined Da Silva Hospitality Group as Sous Chef at Zucca. In 2025, he was promoted to Executive Chef at Hereford Grill, bringing his expertise and creativity to Miami’s steakhouse scene.
