Description
Get ready for an exciting first-time addition to the Festival's lineup - the ultimate celebration of Miami's finest sushi! If you're a sushi aficionado, you're in for a treat as we bring together five fantastic Japanese restaurants and their award-winning chefs to present an array of diverse and elevated samplings.
MILA Omakase: A 10-set enclosed room offering the most exclusive and authentic Japanese journey magnified by the Mediterranean influences of 26 Michelin Star Chef Michael Michaelidis. (Located in South Beach.)
Mr. Omakase: Passion, precision and a deep love for Japanese culinary traditions. (Located in downtown Miami.)
Nossa Omakase: Adventurous, high-end Japanese cuisine served in a dramatic, intimate restaurant with a killer sake bar. (Located in Miami Beach.)
Sushi by Scratch Restaurants: Chef Phillip Frankland Lee’s Omakase Speakeasy that serves up a whimsy of its namesake fare in 17 courses at an intimate counter housing 10 prized seats where you sit right up to the chef’s cutting boards. (Located in Coconut Grove.)
Miss Crispy Rice: World's first crispy rice bar specializing in Nigiri, handrolls, crispy rice and omakase using hand-picked ingredients for a one-of-a-kind experience. (Located in Wynwood.) Location, location, location: SGWS in Wynwood will serve as the perfect backdrop for this sublime sushi banquet. Dōitashimashite!
