With 20 years of culinary excellence, Venezuelan Chef Guillermo Gassan has built a career

Florida’s vibrant Miami food scene. To Guillermo, cooking is a science of perception where

Currently, Guillermo leads the creative and operational vision of Baku Asian Fusion Bar as
Executive Chef. In this role, he leverages two decades of expertise to turn the dining table into

science of the senses converge to push the boundaries of conventional gastronomy in Miami.
