Oyster lovers rejoice – pearls await! The Festival’s celebration of this briny delicacy has returned for its annual SOBEWFF® voyage with Food Network favorite Tyler Florence at the helm. Join the celebrated television personality and cookbook author as he and a dozen (see what we did there?!) gifted chefs from around the country present their tastiest iterations of this seaside classic. Whether served ice cold on the half shell, chargrilled and sizzling in garlic butter, or fried to golden perfection – this walkaround tasting will showcase every possible preparation, complete with refreshing wines and ice-cold cocktails to complement each salty bite. FYI: It’s okay to slurp! As for location, location, location: Nikki Beach is the perfect seaside stage for a perfect sun-soaked afternoon that gives the beloved oyster star billing.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
