Embark on a culinary journey to Spain at Zeru for the Rioja Dinner, where acclaimed chefs Danny Lledó, Israel Aretxiga, and Alejandro Moredia join forces to celebrate the rich flavors of Rioja. Michelin-starred chef Danny Lledó, along with Basque culinary powerhouse Israel Aretxiga and the talented Alejandro Moredia, will craft an unforgettable feast highlighting the finest ingredients and traditions from one of Spain’s most famous wine regions. This event isn’t just a celebration of exceptional cuisine—it’s a deep dive into the heart of Rioja’s winemaking heritage.

In collaboration with the Vidal Duart Wine Studies Program, Wines of Rioja brings this experience to life, offering guests a rich educational opportunity. Students and guests alike will not only savor the authentic flavors of Spain but also gain a deeper understanding of Rioja’s winemaking legacy. The program, dedicated to shaping the next generation of wine professionals, provides hands-on learning, access to industry experts, and a firsthand look at the diverse terroirs and craftsmanship that define Rioja’s world-class wines.

Together, the culinary artistry of these esteemed chefs and the exceptional wines of Rioja create a night where tradition, flavor, and learning come together seamlessly, offering a true taste of Spain’s most celebrated gastronomic treasures.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
