As co-owners of both Walrus Rodeo and Boia De, Alex and Luciana bring their innovative flair to the table, while the brilliant Edgar, known for his award-winning Nixta Taqueria, adds his own twist to the mix. This playful trio will whip up a menu that dances with bold flavors and inventive dishes, ensuring an unforgettable night of delicious surprises. Set against the eclectic and lively backdrop of Walrus Rodeo, this dinner is a must-attend celebration of culinary creativity and collaboration!

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
