Two singular but equally sophisticated approaches to New American cuisine – that’s what you will experience at this SOBEWFF® dinner taking place at Verge, the members-only restaurant helmed by Brad Kilgore at The Concours Club, Miami’s motorsport facility that blends high-performance driving, impeccable service and luxury amenities in a spectacular resort setting. Kilgore, a Food & Wine Magazine “Best New Chef” and James Beard-nominated fixture of Miami’s culinary community, will welcome fellow James Beard nominee Bryan Voltaggio into his kitchen for what promises to be an unmissable evening. Voltaggio is the Executive Chef and owner of multiple restaurants across the United States – including Thacher & Rye in historic Frederick, Maryland – and can currently be seen on the hit Food Network series, “Battle of the Brothers” alongside his chef-brother, Michael Voltaggio. Featuring superb selections from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio, the duo’s revelatory menu will take on an air of approachable luxury which, set against the backdrop of Verge’s simple yet sophisticated ambiance, is sure to send your taste buds into orbit
