Three singular but equally sophisticated approaches to New American cuisine -- that’s what you will experience at this electrically charged dinner at Verge, the members-only restaurant helmed by Kilgore at The Concours Club, Miami’s new motorsport facility that blends high-tech driving, impeccable service and luxury amenities in a spectacular resort setting. Kilgore, a Food & Wine Magazine “Best New Chef” and James Beard-nominated fixture of Miami’s prolific culinary community, will welcome two hyper-talented Chicago-based chefs into his kitchen for this exclusive event: Dan Perretta, the Executive Chef of Grant Achatz’s rustic and refined Roister Restaurant; and Noah Sandoval, the Michelin-starred mastermind of Oriole, the sparsely chic West Loop restaurant known for its skillfully crafted, ever-evolving tasting menus. Accented with superb selections from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio, the trio’s revelatory dishes will take on an air of approachable luxury against the stunning backdrop of The Concours Club.
