Join Executive Chef Joel Ehrlich - who honed his technique at acclaimed restaurants across California wine country - as he opens his kitchen to Stefano Secchi, chef/partner of Rezdôra in New York, NY, a rustic Italian restaurant celebrating the cuisine of Emilia Romagna, which received a three-star review from The New York Times. Brought up in a home with a strong sense of Sardinian heritage, Stefano has dedicated his career to the craft of Italian cooking - honing his skills at the famed Osteria Francescana under Massimo Bottura and working with Michelin-starred chef Davide Palluda at All’Enoteca. Together, these two devotees of Italian cuisine will curate a dinner replete with modern twists on classic Italian dishes, using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Guests will experience one of Greater Fort Lauderdale’s best kept secrets as they indulge their senses and satiate their palates with this modern Italian feast - perfectly paired with wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
