Chef Justin Smillie leads a cross-country collaboration at his casually elegant hotspot Upland, a culinary respite nestled in Miami Beach’s elevated South of Fifth neighborhood and popular spot of the same name in New York City. The James Beard nominated Chef Tyler Anderson is the force behind the riverside Millwright’s Restaurant and Tavern, The Cook and the Bear and Porrón & Piña in Connecticut. He is joined by fellow James Beard Award-nominee Chef Bruce Kalman from the North Italian-focused concepts Union and Knead & Co. Pasta Bar + Market in Pasadena, CA. Together, this league of extraordinary gentlemen will create a menu, accented by wines from Erath Winery, that will serve up the best of the West and East Coasts in the comfort of South Florida.
