Description
Get ready for an extraordinary dining experience that transcends tradition and takes Japanese cuisine to a whole new level! Join us as we bring together two culinary maestros, Tyson Cole and Tim Cushman, to craft a chic and unique lunch that will leave your taste buds spellbound.
Chef Tyson Cole's journey from dishwasher to sushi virtuoso is a tale of culinary inspiration. He honed his craft through rigorous apprenticeships, including time spent at Bond Street in NYC. Today, he stands as the founder and executive chef of multiple highly acclaimed Uchi restaurants, scattered across Texas, California, and Florida. The icing on the cake is his elegant Uchi Miami outpost in the vibrant Wynwood Arts District, where this extraordinary lunch will unfold.
Chef Tim Cushman is the creative force behind Cushman Concepts, a hospitality group that includes the renowned o ya in Boston, a restaurant known for its inventive, contemporary take on Japanese cuisine. Tim also rocks the scene with Hojoko, a Japanese tavern infused with a rock and roll attitude.
When these two culinary masterminds come together, prepare to be wowed by their artistry. They'll take you on a journey that's part classical, part pop, and entirely magical. Expect an array of elevated, non-traditional Japanese dishes that push the boundaries of what you thought was possible in Japanese cuisine. This isn't just lunch; it's a culinary adventure of epic proportions. It's where tradition meets innovation, and where flavor profiles collide in the most mesmerizing way. Join us at Uchi Miami for a lunch experience that will redefine your understanding of Japanese cuisine. Get ready to be delighted, surprised, and thoroughly enchanted.
