Your titans du jour include Charlie Palmer – hospitality entrepreneur best known for Aureole, his flagship restaurant in New York City, which has earned 13 Michelin stars and two James Beard awards and Michael Mina – celebrity chef and founder of the Mina Group, a restaurant management company operating over 40 restaurants worldwide and Mario Beabraut – executive chef of Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak Miami. All three gents in toques look forward to hosting you outdoors under the 100-year-old banyan tree at Bourbon Steak featuring deluxe wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio. This exclusive SOBEWFF® dinner will show you that when it comes to redefining classics, this trio of tastemakers is most certainly the team to beat.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
