Claudette Zepeda is an award-winning, San Diego-based chef and founder of Chispa Hospitality. She’s known for her fearless style, bold approach and expertise with regional Mexican cuisine. Richard Sandoval is a critically-acclaimed chef, global restaurateur with over 45 concepts, author and the mastermind behind the Pan-Latin steakhouse Toro Toro Miami. Guests can savor wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio and tease their palates with a delectable menu as Sandoval and Zepeda will come together to combine their personal yet bold approach to Mexican cooking in the modern setting of downtown’s Intercontinental Miami.

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
