Mexico comes to the Magic City as Aarón Sánchez, award-winning chef/owner, author and TV personality behind the New Orleans and Baltimore-based taqueria, Johnny Sánchez, joins forces with critically-acclaimed chef, global restaurateur with over 45 concepts, and author Richard Sandoval, the mastermind behind the Pan-Latin steakhouse Toro Toro Miami. Sánchez bridges traditional Mexican food with a cutting-edge modern approach to food and Sandoval combines authentic Latin ingredients with international flavors to create new and unexpected Mexican-fusion in an inventive dinner guaranteed to elevate traditional Mexican cuisine to new heights. Guests can savor wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio and tease their palates with a delectable menu as they rediscover an appreciation for a melding of Mexican and Latin flavors, courtesy of these two powerhouse chefs in the modern setting of the Intercontinental Miami in downtown.
