Adam Perry Lang, the classically French-trained chef turned barbecue maestro, author and owner of Los Angeles’ acclaimed and eponymous APL (a personal favorite spot for the late-night show host Jimmy Kimmel), teams up with South Florida favorite, cookbook author and James Beard Award semi-finalist, Chef Norman Van Aken for a cross-country adventure at Van Aken’s brand new Three in the artful and chic Wynwood neighborhood. Perry Lang thrills with his mastery of meat and fire as Van Aken expertly displays his New World Cuisine - a celebration of Latin, Caribbean, Asian, African and American flavors - in this culinary crossover paired with wines from the Mouton Cadet portfolio for a menu designed to stun and delight the palate.
