There’s nothing quite like cooking with friends, and that’s exactly what you’ll experience at this dinner hosted by powerhouse pals Michael Symon and Brooke Williamson. Williamson, the sought-after chef/owner of the beachside four-in-one concept Playa Provisions, has racked up a hefty handful of achievements over the years – winning both “Top Chef” and “Tournament of Champions” (not to mention becoming the youngest female chef to cook at the James Beard House). For this SOBEWFF® dinner, she’ll curate a boldly flavored menu alongside the ever-exuberant Symon, the much-adored Food Network personality, cookbook author, and Cleveland-based chef of Mabel’s BBQ and B Spot Burgers. Together with Diogo Porto, the Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach’s Fuego Y Mar, these passionate chefs will serve up a culinary experience that blends their rare and remarkable artistry.
Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee that tickets purchased within the same transaction will be seated together. All net proceeds from the Festival benefit the students of the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
