The SOBEWFF® ice cream social at the Loews Miami Beach, hosted by Valerie Bertinelli, an adored Golden Globe award-winning actress and best-selling author, Valerie Bertinelli’s long and celebrated career has expanded to include equally beloved spokesperson, Emmy Award winning host, business entrepreneur and New York Times best-selling author. Her most recent cookbooks include best-sellers “One Dish At A Time” and “Valerie’s Home Cooking.”

100% of net proceeds from the Festival benefit students of the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
