Modern Southeast Asian cuisine takes center stage at this SOBEWFF® dinner hosted by Food Network personality and best-selling cookbook author Jet Tila! Fans of this fun-loving culinary superstar’s cuisine, which takes an inspired approach to revamping traditional Southeast Asian dishes, won’t want to miss this lively evening at Clyde Private Room at the SLS South Beach Hotel. For this exclusive event, the Dragon Tiger Noodle Company chef/owner will be joined by SLS South Beach chef Orhun Gorsen, who is set to infuse the evening with an aromatic blend of Japanese and Latin flavors. Join them as they head East – figuratively speaking, of course – for this collaborative, high-energy feast that spans a multitude of flavor-packed countries in four expertly curated courses.
Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee that tickets purchased within the same transaction will be seated together. All net proceeds from the Festival benefit the students of the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management who assist Festival organizers in all aspects, including Festival planning, logistics and overall execution.
