Chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, and popular television personality Scott Conant is widely recognized for his devotion to Italian cuisine. Likewise, James Beard Award-winning Chef Dean Fearing is the force behind the critically-acclaimed Fearing’s Restaurant and known as a ‘Father of Southwestern Cuisine.’ They are joined in the kitchen by South Florida favorite, cookbook author and James Beard Award semifinalist, Chef Norman Van Aken, known for introducing ‘fusion’ into the lexicon of modern cookery. Together, these three celebrated chefs are bringing their award-winning charm and talent to Conant’s Scarpetta at Fontainebleau Miami Beach for a culinary mash-up of flavors complemented by specially-selected wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
