Iron Chef Marc Forgione, cookbook author and chef/owner of American Cut and the Michelin-starred Restaurant Marc Forgione in New York, NY returns to the Festival to showcase his innovative yet approachable New American cuisine, alongside Chef Tiffani Faison and S3 Executive Chef Jorlian Rivera. Faison, a James Beard Award-nominee and frequent judge on Food Network’s Chopped, is the chef/owner of Sweet Cheeks Q, Tiger Mama, Fool’s Errand and Orfano in Boston, MA’s Fenway neighborhood. Using the best seasonal and local ingredients, alongside wood-burning grill and oven techniques, Forgione, Faison and Rivera will tease the palate and weave a web of complicated flavors during a dining experience replete with bold influences and playful touches - aptly paired with wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio. This is one night, nestled in the casual-chic atmosphere of S3 and surrounded by breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, in Fort Lauderdale Beach that you won’t want to miss!
